How the fee works
When you submit a request, we assess the job and send you a quote that includes the actual service cost (contractor, government fees, transport, etc.) plus a HelpDesk JA concierge fee. You approve the quote before we proceed — no surprise charges.

What if my job is simple — is membership worth it?
If you only do 1–2 requests a year, Pay As You Go is fine. If you have regular Jamaica needs — an aging parent, a property, ongoing paperwork — membership pays for itself on the savings per job.
Are government fees included in the job cost?
Yes. The job cost we quote you includes everything: government fees, transport, contractor charges. Our concierge fee is on top of the real cost, and you see it fully itemized before approving.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a 'request'?
One request = one distinct task. If you need 3 separate things done in different locations or categories, those are 3 separate requests — each quoted individually.
